• Made to complement your house decor, the upper side of this doormat features a super-soft velvet fabric with bright, playful colors. The bottom side features an anti-slip cloth and the middle layer has a sponge which provides extra support and comfort.

• This doormat is rolled for shipping to keep it clean and avoid crushing. It may have minor creases from tight packaging and storage. When opened, it normally flattens within 5-7 days. To reduce wrinkles, roll the doormat, pattern side up, and massage by hand to help ease it flat. Try laying it out in a sunny room first, heat helps loosen the backing.

• The best way to clean your doormat is with a vacuum cleaner, then brush the edges of the doormat with a soft bristle brush. For spills, blot up as much of the spill as possible using a clean, wet cloth or sponge. Never rub as this will make stains harder to remove. Repeat with cleaner or a solution of water and dish detergent. Finish by blotting with a clean, wet, and then dry cloth.

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like to have items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

--- DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

For now, our shipping partners are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses, so you need to provide a street address. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes).
