All of our Rugs are custom-made-to-order and handcrafted to the highest quality standards.

• Each rug is made from luxurious plush velour and features a premium heat dye sublimation print for long-lasting color vibrancy.
• A low-profile pile height of 0.4 inches makes this rug look great in any room and is perfect for placing under furniture.
• The underside is constructed from high-quality epoxy for a non-slip grip and extra durability.
• Stain-resistant material makes cleaning a breeze – use a damp cloth with mild soapy water to clean (avoid bleach) and let air dry.
• Rugs arrive vacuumed sealed for protection during the shipping process – once opened rugs may take up to 24 hours to lay flat. We recommend a light vacuuming of the rug to assist in the settling process.

Please allow 7-9 days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged, and shipped from our facility. Estimated shipping time is 2-4 weeks.

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. You can get a calculation of your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and be displayed in your total costs.

--- HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE THEIR ORDER?

On average, your items need 5-7 business days to be prepared. They will be packed and processed to be shipped after that. The actual shipping time and delivery date may vary depending on the local postal service in your area. Orders may arrive approximately 1-2 weeks after being shipped. For international orders, it may take an additional 5-10 business days. 

--- CAN AN ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like to have items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

--- DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

For now, our shipping partners are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses, so you need to provide a street address. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

--- WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?

Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country's customs policies.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with the services we provide. If your product is defective or not as described, don't worry. Just send us an email at navajoniffler@gmail.com, and we will make it right by offering you a replacement or a refund.

We will not accept returns or refunds for failed deliveries caused by the customer's incorrect delivery address. Additionally, we will not be responsible for any products lost due to the security of the customer's residence, provided delivery is confirmed by the carrier. Refunds will not be issued if the customer refuses to receive the delivery.

Any dissatisfaction related to apparel sizing and/or colors will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please make sure to have a look at our sizing charts on product pages or your order confirmation email within the first 12 hours after completing your purchase.

Our return policy lasts 30 days from your delivery date. If the 30-day period has passed, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
